Festival Accommodation (Schools and other facilities)

Participants who have purchased a Cup Card Regular or Cup Card De Luxe stay at schools/facilities close to Vejlby-Risskov Idrætscenter. Location will be communicated before the Festival. 

• Participants (Not Cup Card De Luxe holders) must bring sleeping gear!
• Festival staff will be available at the larger accommodation schools at all hours throughout the Festival.
• The teams are solely responsible for locking the classrooms upon leaving them.
• The teams are responsible for cleaning the area when leaving the rooms on Saturday.

Aarhus Basketball Festival is not responsible for any theft or loss! Please report to the Secretariat in any case, and we will assist you. 

Accommodations must be cleared out by 9:00 AM Saturday to enable us to check the facilities. All luggage and belongings can be taken to Vejlby-Risskov Idrætscenter.
