Participants who have purchased a Cup Card are dining at the dining hall at Vejlby-Risskov Idrætscenter.
You must bring your Cup Card to be allowed into the dining hall.
We have more than 1,000 guests dining with us 3 times a day. Therefore we have installed some simple rules that we hope all participants will follow:
We ask the managers/coaches to ensure that their players clean up after themselves and keep somewhat respectfully quiet in the dining hall.
Please note that the dining hall is not a lounge area. We urge all participants to leave the dining hall after dining and clearing their area.

Opening times in the dining hall:
Breakfast 06:45 to 09:00
Lunch 11:30 to 14:00
Dinner 17:00 to 20:00 (Thursday and Friday)
Information on participants with food allergies or religious beliefs that require a special diet must be disclosed together with the input of player information during registration.

Extra Dinner Option for Aarhus Basketball Festival Arrival Night
We are excited to offer your team the option to enjoy a hot meal on your arrival night, Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Dinner will be served in the dining hall at Vejlby-Risskov Idrætscenter from 17:00 to 20:00.
The menu made by Madværftet, includes chicken in a creamy coconut milk and ginger sauce, served with rice and salad. Water and red juice to drink.
The price is 100 DKK per person, and you can place your order until April 8, 2025. To order, log in to your registration on our website, go to the Shop section, and select the product "Extra Dinner".
