TEAM FEE

The team fee covers all practical expenses in setting up games (gym, referees, prizes, etc.).  The price is  DKK  3,600 for teams that self-organise accommodation,  but with a discounted price of  DKK 1,800 for  teams that book accommodation with us (School or Partner Hotel/Hostel). For our neighbouring clubs, the price is DKK 2,300  (for clubs in Aarhus Municipality and its neighbouring municipalities).

The team fee does not cover food or accommodations. It does, however, cover participation in the tournament, games, referees, gyms and officials.

The team fee must be paid at the same time as the sign-up. Payment must be made by the club and approved by us before sign-up is accepted. Team fee is not refundable.

CUP CARDS

All players, coaches, parents, and managers can purchase a Cup Card, a personal participation card. We offer different types of Cup Cards:

Cup Card Regular: DKK 1,300 ( 3 nights and 8 meals )

Cup Card De Luxe: DKK 1,800 ( 3 nights and 8 meals + mattress, duvet/linen )

Cup Card Hotel/Hostel: DKK 700  (separate hotel/hostel booking with our partners, and 5 meals)

Cup Card Food: DKK 700  (0 nights and 5 meals)

DISCOUNTS 

Volume Discount: For clubs ordering 50 or more Cup Cards, we offer a 5% discount on the whole amount payable for Cup Cards. (Use code BIG5)
