• Hotel (Four Points Flex by Sheraton)

When choosing festival accommodation, you can choose between Regular and De Luxe Cup Cards, which both offer 3 nights and 8 meals (3 meals Thursday + Friday and 2 meals Saturday).

De Luxe card includes a mattress, linen and duvet/pillow. These are limited.

Local teams or hotel residents can purchase the Food Cup Card, which covers 5 meals, lunch and dinner on Thursday + Friday and lunch on Saturday. Breakfast can be included at the hotel.

Festival Accommodation (Schools and other facilities)

The participants who have purchased Cup Card Regular or Cup Card De Luxe stay at schools/facilities close to Vejlby-Risskov Idrætscenter. Location will be communicated before the Festival. 

• Participants (Not Cup Card De Luxe holders) must bring sleeping gear!
• Festival staff will be available at the larger accommodation schools at all hours throughout the Festival.
• The teams are solely responsible for locking the classrooms upon leaving them.
• The teams are responsible for cleaning the area when leaving the rooms on Saturday.

Aarhus Basketball Festival is not responsible for any theft or loss! Please report to the Secretariat in any case, and we will assist you. 

Accommodations must be cleared out by 9:00 AM  Saturday to enable us to  check the facilities. Therefore all luggage and belongings must be taken to Vejlby-Risskov Idrætscenter.

Hotel Accommodation (Hotel, and Food Cup Card) 

We offer participants an opportunity to enjoy the Festival with a comfortable room at the nearby  Four Points Flex by Sheraton  Hotel, Skejby or Viby and with a Cup Card Food, still enjoy the Festival atmosphere and great food. 

Four Points Flex Aarhus Skejby offers single and double rooms.  Four Points Flex Aarhus Viby offers triple and quadruple rooms. See below for nightly prices offered through Aarhus Basketball Festival.

  • Single room (1 person): DKK 549 without breakfast (DKK 659 with breakfast)
  • Double room (2 persons): DKK 649 without breakfast (DKK 859 with breakfast)

  VIBY,  Viby Ringvej 4, 8260 Viby J ( Only triple and quadruple rooms are available in Viby)

  • Triple room (3 persons): DKK 799 without breakfast (DKK 1.186 with breakfast)
  • Quadruple room (4 persons): DKK 999 without breakfast (DKK 1.415 with breakfast)

  Breakfast at the Four Points Flex is a Scandinavian buffet, including juice, coffee, pastries, bread, oatmeal, Nutella, and more.

The special discount prices only apply for the nights the Festival takes place, and rooms must be booked directly with the hotel. Discount prices are only for participants, managers and families. Rooms are limited.

Important notice for accommodations at hotel for guests under 18 years of age: 

If you are planning to book rooms at the hotel for guests under 18 years of age without an accompanying adult in the same room, please note that such reservations can only be made by contacting the hotel directly.  It is crucial to have parental consent regarding the stay, including  written  permission for the guests to stay unaccompanied, as mandated by fire safety regulations.
