TEAM CARDS

All teams need to purchase a Team Card. This covers all practical expenses in setting up games (gym time, referees, prizes, etc.). The price is DKK 1.950,- for all teams, but with a discount of DKK 400,- for the teams that book accommodation. U9 Mix has its own price.

The team card does NOT cover any sort of food or accommodations. It does however cover participation in the tournament, games, referees, gyms, officials, AND shuttle transportation between the gyms and schools.

Team Card fee must be paid together with signing up. Payment must be made and approved before sign-up is accepted. Team Card fee is not refundable.

CUP CARDS

All players, coaches, parents and managers can purchase a Cup Card, which is a personal participation card. We offer different types of Cup Cards.

Cup Card Regular: DKK 1.150,-  ( 3 nights and 8 meals )

Cup Card De Luxe: DKK 1.700,-  ( 3 nights and 8 meals + mattress, duvet/linen )

Cup Card Food: DKK 650,-  (0 nights and 5 meals)

DISCOUNTS

Early Bird: For teams registering AND paying their Cup Cards before 15 JANUARY 2024 we offer a 5% discount on the price of the Cup Cards. 

Volume Discount: For clubs ordering 50 or more Cup Cards we offer a 5% discount on the whole amount payable for Cup Cards regardless of the timing. (Use code BIGHERO5)
